It’s amazing to see how many of you are as excited as we are to launch and we can’t wait to show you what our platform can do for you. What does ProperPlan actually do?

With any important project you need two things – knowledge and a plan. You used to learn in one place, then plan and take action in another – ProperPlan brings learning, planning and action-taking into one platform so you can achieve more without overwhelm.

There are so many PM tools on the market, what makes PP different?

I think the better question to ask is – why are so many people looking to replace their current project management tool? The truth is, if traditional tools helped you to be successful you’d never want to change your tool – but what you actually need is strategy + planning + action + learning all in one place. No platform has offered that before.

When does ProperPlan launch and how much will it be?

We launch our lifetime license offer in May, and standard subscriptions start in June! Not long to wait now. We’ll reveal all the subscription offers in June when they become available.

How does ProperPlan support different sizes and types of teams?

Individuals and micro teams say they’re overwhelmed by complex tools so we’ve designed ours from the ground up to work better for their needs. If you’re a large team with more complex needs, we’re probably not for you just yet. We’ll be guided by what our users ask for so you’ll be able to vote for features you want.

Can I try ProperPlan before I buy?

We’ll offer a full trial version later in the year but for now you can try the platform risk-free with our a 7-day refund policy when you purchase the lifetime deal.

What kind of support and training does ProperPlan offer?

Training is baked into all of our plans, which are created by experts, so you can take easier action. Our ProperPlan team are already experts in their fields and they’ll be on hand to guide you through using the platform – plus we’ll be hosting plenty of live support sessions and offering 1:1 onboarding calls.

How does ProperPlan stay updated with industry trends and user needs?

As our whole team are business and marketing experts, our initial focus for plans in the platform are launches, marketing and business. We’ll then be collaborating with experts in other niches to build a library of hundreds of plans across 30 other subject areas.

Will there be a white-label option?

We’re getting a lot of interest in a white-labelled version of ProperPlan so you can support your customers, clients and students with our innovative features. We will be running a beta program for a white-labelled version later on this year to a small group of customers. In the bottom right of this website is a livechat option, send me a message if you’re interested in this option and I’ll add you to our interest list.

How does ProperPlan integrate with existing workflows and tools?

Our platform is the first one that allows you to learn, plan and take action in one place. Integrations are a big part of our future roadmap so we’ll be tackling them based on the needs of our customer requests and what they vote for.

Will there be a free version?

Eventually yes we hope to, but focusing on our paid subscriptions enables us to pour more resources and investment into innovation and providing outstanding customer service to our users.
